Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped via UPS Ground within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery within the United States generally takes 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Orders may occasionally ship in multiple packages depending on product availability.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bartram Botanicals is responsible for your order until it is accepted by the carrier. Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact UPS directly to initiate a trace or claim.

If an order is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Complimentary UPS Ground shipping is available on orders over $75 after discounts and promotional offers have been applied. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Bartram Botanicals ships within the United States only.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the affected item or work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Because Bartram Botanicals products are crafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients, all skincare sales are final.

To protect product quality, safety, and integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Should your order arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
